郑罡，西北工业大学工商管理硕士。1995年加入世界著名玩具制造商TOMY，并成为公司高管，组建和管理公司在中国的工程中心近十年。2008年成立深圳市熙龙玩具有限公司，任总经理。
郑罡先生多年致力于年轻创客培养及创新教育的推广和发展，并取得显著成效：
作为深圳中学创新体验中心创新课堂导师，郑罡先生通过授课和创意收集等多种方式挖掘学生们的创新思维，收集创新作业一千多份，其中三位学生的作品在国际工业设计顶级奖项“红点设计大奖”评选中荣获入围奖；
2014年4月，为了深入推广创新教育理念，郑罡先生发起了青少年创意沙龙公益活动——玩创汇，邀请国内外著名设计师、学者、发明家、创客、教育界专家与青少年及其家长面对面交流创新教育的理念和心得，并开办青少年玩创教育课程。截至目前，玩创汇已成功举办了24期。
2014年10月，郑罡先生创立玩创工房，为年轻创客提供空间、设备以及技术支持，鼓励年轻人创新创业。
2015年5月，郑罡先生联合多家机构及当地政府，共同发起并组织承办了当地首届创客与教育国际盛会——众创周末，邀请中国、美国、日本、以色列的著名科学家、天才儿童教育专家以及创客界的领军人物，汇聚来自美国伯克利、斯坦福、麻省理工大学等世界著名高校的学生创客团队以及北京、上海、深圳的近百位创客，实现了国际创客与教育界的高层对话。
此外，作为一位具有国际背景的资深玩具设计师，郑罡先生连续多年担任中国玩具协会组织的“玩具创星大赛”评审专家，并在中国玩具协会组织的玩具设计师国家职业资格培训中常年担任授课讲师。

Zheng gang, Northwestern Polytechnical University MBA. In 1995 he joined the world-famous toy maker TOMY and became the company's executives. He set up and managed the company's engineering center in China for nearly a decade. In 2008 he established Shenzhen XiLong Toys Ltd and he served as president.
Mr. Zheng committed to the development of training young makers and promote innovative education many years. He achieved remarkable results:
As the Innovation class mentor of Shenzhen Middle School Innovation Experience Center, Mr. Zheng dig students’ creative thinking through teaching and collecting a variety of creative ideas. He collected more than a thousand copies of the creative works, including the works of three students won the finalist award in the international design industry's top award “red dot design award”.
April 2014, in order to deeply generalize the Joy＆Smart Education, Mr. Zheng launched a charity Youth Innovation Salon——‘Joy＆Smart Collection’.‘Joy＆Smart Collection’invited aboard and home famous designers, academics, inventors, creators passengers, education experts to exchange of innovative ideas and educational experiences with teenagers and their parents by face to face and to start “Joy＆Smart Education” programs. Up to now, ‘Joy＆Smart Collection’has been successfully held 24 times.
October 2014, Mr. Zheng founded “Joy＆Smart Space”, provided space, equipment and technical support for young makers to encourage young people to innovate and start an undertaking.
On May, 2015, Mr. Zheng associated with a number of agencies and local government, sponsored and hosted the first international event of makers and education – create the weekend, they invited famous scientists, education experts of gifted children and the great Maker leaders of China, the United States, Japan, Israel, converged the students maker teams of University of California, Berkeley, Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology and hundreds of makers of Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, which realized the top grade conversation of international makers and educational circles.
What’s more, as an international senior toy’s designer, Mr. Zheng has acted as an evaluation expert of the ‘Toys creation Games’ organized by China Toy Association for many years and working as a lecturer national vocational qualification training held by the China Toy Association all the year around.
