简要介绍：

周明斌，男，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，江西省物理学会理事。近年来研究工作主要为大尺寸GaN体单晶生长技术及设备研究，独立研制和搭建了多套独具特色的GaN单晶生长研究平台，经过多年发展，带领的研究团队已成为国内少数几家能独立开展相关研究的机构之一。近年来主持并完成国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持完成或在研包括江西省重点研发计划项目和省自然科学基金重点项目在内的省级项目5项。发表一作或通讯作者SCI/EI论文20余篇，申请专利4项。主要承担半导体物理、半导体光电子学、大学物理等课程教学，2016年指导大学生“互联网+”创新创业大赛获江西省金奖。
